I love the burgers. The ice cream is alright but I enjoy the savory over sweet. The customer service is amazing. The service is truly fast. I went to Culver's, in Three Rivers yesterday, thru the drive- thru.. I ordered a 10pc. shrimp basket with Shimp/ Coleslaw/ Roll -minus the drink. Than ordered 10 pc. shrimp/onion rings -minus the drink. Plus 1- lg. Chilli and a small ice tea. It cost over 34.00 dollars. When I arrived home the Chilli was missing, no drinks except for the sm ice tea they charged me for, plus 2 extra drinks, i didn'tr receive. Had to travel a long way. What a complete rip off!!! 34.00 dollars was a a lot of money, for 3 incomplete orders. To top it off the food was cold. Last spring, I had went to the same Culver's, I ordered inside for a takeout. 3 meals one missing in the bag. I caught it that time, unfortunately I didn't catch it yesterday. Food: 1 Service: 1
They can’t mix custard right and the company is fine with that. This store is the only one I have gone to that just dumps all the toppings on the top or bottom and the rest is plain. The smallest owner on the owner staff of 4 knows it, he doesn’t want it fixed. It’s been brought up to him and GM’s a lot. They have made my food wrong more than right, the lobby is always a mess, ketchup empty, ice empty… etc. All that while employees stand around and talk, but can’t clean while it’s slow. Garbage fire. I guess corporate companies that own about 100 stores don’t care as much as the smaller non corporate ones that keep staff trained and do things the Culvers way.
This is the only Culver’s location that consistently messes up simple orders like a single butter burger meal for kids. I've had to repeat "just the burger, no cheese, in the bun" multiple times, and they still get it wrong over and over. I'm already half an hour into my trip, so I can't return, but every visit to this store has some issue with my order. I'd rather drive 20 extra minutes to the Portage location, where the food is always correct. Sturgis is a better store than this one. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Sierra took our order and she was FANTASTIC! We love coming to Culver’s! We always get great service and even better food.
