I really liked the wide variety of side options—the coleslaw was fresh, and the broccoli was delicious. We wrapped up with concrete mixers: blackberry and Reese’s Pieces. They weren’t as thoroughly mixed as usual, but that was easily fixed with our spoons. By the way, I love the blue cutlery! There was a line at the door, but the excellent service made the wait worthwhile. The girl taking our order patiently explained all the side choices as we decided. Culver’s is a bit pricey for fast food, and the order prep took a little longer, but the quality was great, the order was accurate, and everything was brought right to our table. Since there isn’t a Culver’s near us, this was a nice little treat!

I've had to repeat "just the burger, no cheese, in the bun" multiple times, and they still get it wrong over and over. I'm already half an hour into my trip, so I can't return, but every visit to this store has some issue with my order. I'd rather drive 20 extra minutes to the Portage location, where the food is always correct. Sturgis is a better store than this one. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I enjoyed another meal there a few days later. They hold themselves to high standards for fast food, which shows excellent management and customer service.

Than ordered... read more I went to Culver's, in Three Rivers yesterday, thru the drive- thru.. I ordered a 10pc. shrimp basket with Shimp/ Coleslaw/ Roll -minus the drink. Than ordered 10 pc. shrimp/onion rings -minus the drink. Plus 1- lg. Chilli and a small ice tea. It cost over 34.00 dollars. When I arrived home the Chilli was missing, no drinks except for the sm ice tea they charged me for, plus 2 extra drinks, i didn'tr receive. Had to travel a long way. What a complete rip off!!! 34.00 dollars was a a lot of money, for 3 incomplete orders. To top it off the food was cold. Last spring, I had went to the same Culver's, I ordered inside for a takeout. 3 meals one missing in the bag. I caught it that time, unfortunately I didn't catch it yesterday. Food: 1 Service: 1
