I tried to ta... read more When our original waitress finally returned, she brought more drinks and was apologetic, but it was clear she wasn't concerned about my situation. I tried to take it all in stride, but when the bill arrived, I was frustrated to see that there was no compensation for my discomfort of sitting there drenched in beer. The waitress mentioned that the manager couldn’t offer any assistance, so I decided to speak to him directly. While he did remove the cost of my two beers, that didn't really seem to cover the inconvenience I experienced. I felt that at the very least, I should have received a free meal. This incident occurred around 6:30 PM, and I still felt wet when I got home to Elkhart at 10 PM after riding around. I don’t think I’ll be returning, and I’ll be sure to share this experience with every biker group in the area.

I understand that ac... read more Eventually, our original waitress came back with more drinks, and while she was apologetic, she didn’t seem too concerned about my comfort. I understand that accidents happen, and I tried to take it all in good humor, but it became frustrating when the bill came and I still had beer all over me. When I spoke to the so-called manager, he claimed there was nothing he could do for me. He did take off the price of the two beers, but honestly, it didn’t feel like enough. I thought at the very least I deserved a complimentary meal after that incident. This all happened around 6:30 PM, and I was still wet when I got home in Elkhart at 10 PM. I don’t think I’ll be returning, and I'll make sure to let every biker group I know about this experience.
