The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. I enjoyed the seafood pasta, which was flavorful with perfectly cooked mussels and shrimp. The pasta was just slightly firmer than al dente, and the wine sauce was perfectly balanced. My husband had the linguine with meatballs; the sauce was thick with a rich tomato taste, the linguine was tender, and the meatballs were incredibly easy to cut. The restaurant had an efficient seating and serving system that worked well for the staff, and they maintained a comfortable amount of space between tables, which we appreciated. I've never experienced a seating system quite like theirs. I would definitely recommend Aromas to others.
