We were surprised by the high prices at this motel, but compared to Bozeman, $135/night is a lot. The motel itself is nothing special, but it did provide some basic amenities. However, there was no coffee in the room (possibly due to post-COVID precautions) and only a small bar of soap in the bathroom. The soap and shampoo dispensers were not working. What Oliver Viikate doesn't like about Broken Spur:
The restaurant was adequate for a place to rest. The carpet looked dirty and there were no ice cubes in the ice machine. Limited parking spaces forced us to park in another lot, which was inconvenient, especially since my companion is disabled and there were no designated spots in that lot. However, the staff were very kind. View all feedback.
We are on our way to Glacier National Park and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The price was just right and the room was very clean. We also enjoyed the rustic outdoor appeal!
Looking for a place near Bozeman but want the small town feel? Stay at the Broken Spur Motel in Three Forks. Clean rooms and awesome staff!
Very affordable, clean, friendly staff, and best I've been in for quite a while.
The room was clean (mostly). The shower had really good water pressure. The beds were pretty comfortable, towels were soft. It's right around the corner from the market and Family Dollar. It was also pretty quiet. On the flipside: the carpet and chairs are pretty heavily stained. The AC unit and bathroom fan are both loud and interrupt sleep. Also, only one key per room, which was inconvenient. For a small town motel, it was about as expected.
I stayed here for three nights and I travel all over. This is a very good value. Definitely recommend.
