I also find it puzzling that you can't bring food inside while placing an order. I witnessed a family of four, including kids, come in excited to dine, only to be met with an angry staff member at the register who yelled that outside food wasn't allowed. The family explained they also wanted to order food, but the staff insisted they take it outside. I thought it was strange—why risk losing customers over a policy like this?

I could not judge the food because they wouldn't let me eat the inside because I ordered over the phone, however they never told me phone orders are only for ta... read more I could not judge the food because they wouldn't let me eat the inside because I ordered over the phone, however they never told me phone orders are only for takeout. Being that it was my first time and they didn't make aware they could allow me to eat inside, but instead the woman(server) was rude and told me they couldn't serve me at all unless I paid for the to go order and the order to eat inside. I just wanted to try the food, in my opinion, this place has the worst service I ever experienced! And I’ll NEVER return to try the food nor would I recommend it to anyone ? I can't say if the Pupusas are good or not. Why did I place an order over the phone but they didn't tell me that phone orders are takeout only. When I arrived at the place I said that I wanted to eat at the establishment, but the woman who was serving told me that this was not allowed and that I had to place another order to eat there and pay for both orders, the one I ordered by phone and the one I was going to eat me in the establishment. I have never experienced more offensive and worse customer treatment than at this place. I will never order from this place again… Nor would I recommend it to anyone. If you want a good deal there are many other places to choose from! ?
