The management is not friendly and does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Their employees are put in uncomfortable situations when the management constantly criticizes them.
I have dined at RiverWinds many times and the food and service have always been excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The view of the Delaware River at sunset is lovely and adds to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend making a reservation and just relaxing and enjoying your meal.
