The Well At The Distillery - Thornton

The vegan pizza at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! The owner even surprised us by adding extra cheese for free on top of our already deliciously topped pizza.

I went to the well a few weeks ago and I'm glad to see it here on Happy Cow now! I went with my friend for a drink and didn't expect me to eat anything. But I asked the bartender if there was any milk in the flat breads and she didn't say if you kept the cheese! I have the artichokes. It had olives and tomatoes and spinach – it was really good!! I was just super happy to find a vegan option out there as they are somehow few and far between on the south side. Also the drinks are bomb and the staff is really nice. The rustic charm of the place was really refreshing. Very recommended!

I visited The Well a few weeks ago and I am thrilled to see that it is now listed on Happy Cow! I went with a friend for drinks and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they had vegan options available. I asked the bartender about the flatbreads and they confirmed that I could have one without the cheese. I tried the artichoke flatbread with olives, tomatoes, and spinach and it was delicious! I was happy to find a vegan option in an area where they are not very common. The drinks were great and the staff was friendly. The rustic charm of the restaurant was also very appealing. I highly recommend it!
