Starbucks - Thornton

The most amazing Starbucks I've ever been to. I go most mornings and every single day the drive thru line moves so fast. I've never had an issue with my order always done right. Always fantastic service at the window. I can't get over how overall great this location is!

The guy with the black curly hair that works in the evenings is awesome! Always does a great job and makes sure my coffee is correctly made as well as nice and friendly and remembers people. The rest of the staff is very nice but whoever this guy is is wonderful!

I have had some really good drinks from this location but lately I have been really disappointed.. I always get a Doppio expresso, 2 pumps of white mocha and 2 percent milk.when I went they forgot to put the expresso shots in my drink and then last time they only filled it up half way when all the other times and locations fill my drink up. Just kind of disappointing.

It was ok at best. Never had a frappucino cup filled 1/4 on the bottom with whipped creme and the top 1/8th also whipped creme. Set up on the counter for me to figure out it was mine. I suggest taking customers name and advising them when it's ready like all of the others do. The drink tasted fine but I didn't pay 6+ bucks for whipped creme in just under half of the venti cup.

They aren’t consistent with anything but not getting the drinks correct. I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt for the past months during Covid but it is really bad. Coffee tastes burnt, drinks aren’t made correctly. Really lovely group and welcoming but all the drinks are made pretty poorly. I ordered a Frappuccino today and it was awful.
