What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
they have characters that say that download the app and earn rewards, but if they give them their code to scan, they are completely rude when they say they can't scan it. Apparently, they have to have a gift card linked or so, they just said they needed a barcode. Some of their system errors, but they could be a little nicer if they explain why they can't scan the QR codes. View all feedback.

The service at this restaurant is consistently slow for no apparent reason. We waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with only two cars in front of us and no one inside the store. It is unclear why it takes so long to make a couple of drinks. This Starbucks has been consistently slow since it opened. I would give it zero stars if I could. When we finally got to the menu to order, we were told to hold on twice by the employee before our order was taken, having to repeat it twice. If I choose to go to Starbucks again, it definitely won't be this location. I would rather go out of my way to avoid this place at all costs.
No need to be concerned, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant as the coffee was both inconsistent and overpriced. The quality has not improved over time.

I tried to give me a cup of old warm coffee. when I asked for fresh brewery, bianca was super rude about it. the other two seem nice, but if they take care of customer service, they avoid bianca and their old cold coffee. can't even believe how rude it is.
