An exceptional option place to have my craving for (KFC) fried chicken! ?

The oner needs to pay attention. This was 20 min 3 0pl in line at the front counter. While 5 ppl behind the counter had no clue what they were doing. 5 ppl walked out without ordering food. I could hear ppl in the drive through saaying 20 30 min in drive-through. The ppl and knowledge was there but no organization or execution. And 0 customer service.

I got the ghost pepper wings, Cajun rice and a large Dr Pepper. The best thing out the whole meal was the Dr Pepper. I love Popeyes Cajun rice and was actually disappointed when I saw how small the rice container was. Now I’m happy because it was absolutely disgusting and didn’t taste like Cajun rice at all. The ghost wings were hard and tasted old, like they were from the night before. This experience just ensured that I will NEVER order Popeyes from any location ever again

I went to this Popeyes and they forgot two items from my order. I called and asked them to refund my money. Estrella said she'd have her manager call me. They never called. I called and asked again for a refund. They said a manager would call me. They never called. I called a third time and they said I'd have to come back in the store to process a refund. This place is a joke. Just refund my money for the items you didn't give me!!

The employees are always so rude and have an attitude. Theyve forgotten items in my order and refused to fix it multiple times.
