Beyond rude! Never going back. didn't bother to hand me my food in my hand or tell me the total either until I asked. but had no problem with snatching my card out my hand. HORRIBLE SERVICE I wouldnt give a single star

This place is laughable I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes waiting to have a to go order placed,finally I say outloud can I get some service??! And one of the waiters asked what I need I told him can I get a Boba and responds were out and just walks away. I didn't know if I should laugh or ninja kick him. This isn't the first time they have been like this either. Learn some customer service a simple we will be right with you helps and acknowledges the customer learn that!! Ps never order beef here absolutely disgusting

You’d be hard pressed to find a better pho restaurant in colorado. They’re pho recipe is spot on and so consistent. The pho, the noodle and combination plates and the boba is just authentic. The service is the quickest of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

I have tried so hard to give this place a chance because it’s close to my house. I pay extra for extra meat and noodles because they skimp so bad on even a size LARGE. Just paid $22 for a pho bowl that was the same size as a regular without extra at most other places I go. I’ve asked nicely, I’ve begged for actual portions. Tipped higher. Doesn’t matter. I officially will not be back and will be surprised if this place stays open much longer. Very frustrating

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is RUDE. They rush you to order, when you say thank you, they ignore you. Our food was delivered and nobody ever came back to check on us. We had one person seat us, another person take our order and another person deliver the food. Service was terrible which led to us not leaving a tip. Upon leaving one employee stared at us the entire time with a dirty look on his face while shaking his head. Take your business elsewhere.
