I did not receive my entire order. When I called to report the issue, the manager began listing what was missing and responded with, "That's it?" I explained that there wasn't much he could do, and I requested either a refund or a replacement delivery. That literally stole my money. had to deny the appeal with my bank, as their customer service was absolutely tying. the Denver market is a dumpster fire, do they like one themselves and order them food from a genuine reputable business, and not these theifs.
Ordered a pizza at 8pm, 25 minutes later they cancelled the order, when calling the store, they answer the phone and then hang up. Tried calling 5 times. This is pretty typical from this location. Papa Johns you really just need to close this store or hire new employees who actually work for their money.
Pizza was good. We ordered delivery and our 2littr pepsi was missing from our order so i called the store 2 different times and got hung up both times. I would of scored higher if only i had someone to talk to about this issue. Disappointed on the service side.
This is the most terrible papa John pizza that I have ever seen. The crust is uneven on the small. The large has no bottom to it or sauce. Thin crust without being thin crust. Tried calling the store but they can’t operate a phone either. Hung up on me three times.
Do not order online from this location. After waiting for 45 minutes we get a email that they canceled the order. When you call the stores phone number and hit 2 to go to previous orders, no one answered. When you talk to a employee FINALLY, they can't help you. Even though you called the same store. Good luck getting your pizza from this Papa John's.
