I never really ate at Five Guys when I was in California. It was always In-N-Out. That will always be nostalgic to me, but Five Guys burgers are much better. Yes, they are more expensive, but I don't eat burgers often, so when I do it's Five Guys from now on. Also, this location is clean with friendly employees. I definitely recommend this location. What Megan Hines doesn't like about Five Guys:
I was ordering a burger and the green haired lady (idk her name) was so sweet and helpful since I didn 't know what I was doing. It was my first time at five guys. But then I heard the manager of some sort (old and larger with whitish grey hair in a red collared shirt, seemed kind of new) Make an extremely sexist comment about wiping mayonnaise off of the green haired girls apron with his buns . It was disgusting and... View all feedback.
Was a Farley quick process, and the burger was on point.

I haven't been to 5 Guys since covid and thought we would get a bite before heading over to do some retail shopping. The peanuts are cool to snack on before you order, but not really needed at the time we went because there was no line...and I think I kinda know why, but we will get to that. The guy who took our order was great; you can tell he isn't really interested in working in fast food, but who is all-in on that? He asked my how my day was and it seemed like he genuinely cared, so we engaged in small conversation while the others in my party figured out what they wanted. We got 2 double burgers, 1 hot dog, 3 drinks, 2 small fries, and 1 large...because I didn't know. With gratuity, $70. If you look at my other reviews and the restaurants I go to, money is not the issue. It's all about value. This better be the BEST burger I've ever had.Well, it wasn't, but the ingredients were fresh enough.Let's talk about the fries. After today my beautiful bride renamed 5 Guys, 5 Fries. When you order fries, they dump, literally dump an equal helping in with your fries. That's cool if I would have known, now I feel like I just paid $70 for 8 chopped, fried, and seasoned potatoes. I took home a 2 pound bag of just fries, I didn't want to throw them away and I had to feel like I went home with something. Got home, threw them away.Aaaaaand finally, the atmosphere is that of a 1950's burger stand with a bunch of technology. The atmosphere is a dime a dozen, but kudos for not automating the person taking your order. The real question, would I go back? Probably not. It's just not THAT good, but if you are looking for a place to clean out your colon and walk around town money, try 5 Fries. IIIIIF you are young and on a date, go dutch. If you don't know what that means, google it.
I do believe they have out priced themselves! $22 for a single burger, small fry, and a shake is ridiculous.
We had a messed up order with cheese and came in to get our hamburger today and they Staff here was amazing they made sure our food was corrected and even took care of our add ons.
