Church's Texas Chicken - Thornton

Worst place ever to do online ordering. Had my orders canceled for no reason 4 times In a row. A total of 110 dallors. I'll take my money else where. Call and no one answers at the place of business. Worst service I ever experienced.

I ordered food through Grubhub and found that my order was given away to another customer. The restaurant refused to replace the order. Horrible service and an unapologetic lack of order management. I will never set foot in this place again.

Went the other night and they said they finished early so they were out of a lot of things. even when we finally did get to sit down to eat what they had, our sides were cold and floppy and everything else was almost inedible. on top of that they still forgot things…no peppers like we ordered, gave a 2 piece instead of 3 piece, gave a spicy sandwich instead of original. ridiculous.

Your chicken sandwich filled me with regret before I even started eating it, and it filled my belly like an oily brick. The only shame I can imagine that is greater than my own, for having eaten that sandwich, must be yours for having made it and served it to a human. 1 star.

They never get the order right. Didn't get our shrimp, coleslaw or chicken tenders. Service is not good.
