Chick-fil-a - Thornton

This Chick-fil-A location is quite dirty. The playground was closed and being used for storage. Only one drive-thru lane was open, even though it had been closed for renovations throughout the entire summer last year. We weren't provided a tablet for our order. After we ordered a milkshake, we had to wait for it, and then we waited about 20 minutes for a Coke. Just a Coke! Other customers also experienced issues with the service. When I finally received my Coke, it didn’t have the usual amount of syrup. On a previous visit, I ordered two fries and one Coke, but they mistakenly gave me two Cokes and one fry. They wouldn’t let us swap one fry for a Coke, so we ended up having to pay for an extra fry. Overall, this Chick-fil-A is not a good location.

This restaurant in Concord is conveniently located next to the Hampton Inn, making it a great spot for golfers. It's easily accessible from Route One. The grilled chicken sandwiches took me back to Buffalo Joes in Costa Rica.

I always appreciate the great packaging at Chick-fil-A! I had lunch with my mother, and we had a wonderful time together. It was quite busy since we went during lunchtime! My meal and fries were delicious, and I'll always enjoy their cookies and cream milkshake! The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place, but I suggest avoiding it during lunch hours.

Salad missing salad dressing and offers missing sauce. Order this 3 weeks ago and went to the open order. Not able to enjoy meal dry!! Call manager and was told she would deliver another salad if we came back to my phone number. She came back today. This chic fil a has not as promised!! Today talked to Tom and was frustrated that they NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR mistakes or order. I had previous manager job and she saw the mistake, but now they didn't do as promised.

Came in hungry and were satisfied with the Fast service and the clean restaurant . Love the drive through option too, the guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful. Always love me a good first impression. We will be back again .
