Quite busy but some staff like (Ade) were friendly and understanding and very competent and helpful so thanks to him we were assured food was being prepared. Well done to him! He needs to be commended for his work View all feedback.
What Stephen dislikes about Mcdonald's:
Not being funny I don't know how many times I've asked for them AT this establishment to kindly give what is ordered like anyone would want... Why do they never listen and when you think THIS one has got better they prove otherwise? This is a picture of 1 toffee latte and 1 Cappuccino... Yet they are both toffee lattes AND they even put Cappuccino toppings on top of the Toffee latte as well? I'm surprised this gets a... View all feedback.
Service is dire now wasn't great before the refurb unless you pay by card on their machines food is never hot barely warm ,queue of over 10 people...
The service at this restaurant is excellent and the food is delicious. I love McDonald's. They have a fantastic self-serving option available so there is no long waiting time.
Very expensive to eat some chopped meat, a tasteless tail and salty potatoes
Love the new ice cream lovely it was lovely with the apple pie 10/10!!
Went through the drive through. The woman at the order point could not understand my order for a Big Mac meal with a vanilla milk shake and the new chicken feast meal. She kept repeating the order incorrectly. Moved to the payment point had to repeat the order again. Drove to the collection window and I was being given lemonade instead of the vanilla milk shake. Drove home in 5 minutes the food was luke warm. Had to put it I the microwave. It's always near cold can't be bothered to use the Thornton Heath branch anymore. No care or concern it acts like the cheap franchise that it is no standards.
