This restaurant is conveniently located for quick order pickup, with a drive-through option available. However, every time I visit, the staff repeatedly ask for confirmation of my name or order number, which can be annoying. It would be great if they could fix the voice machine to provide a smoother service. Additionally, there is a large pothole near the ordering station that needs to be fixed for safety reasons. I recently visited a restaurant with a disappointingly rude atmosphere. There was no sugar, cream, salt, or pepper readily available for customers, making it quite uncomfortable to have to ask for these essential condiments, only to be given a small pack of each. View all feedback.

I ordered a French vanilla cold brew and a hot chocolate for my child through the drive-thru. I'm not sure who took my order, but I was not impressed with their attitude. The person was very rude and couldn't get my order right, responding with offensive remarks. I believe Tim Hortons did not follow the recipe correctly, as my order tasted different from what I usually get - it was bitter and sour. I tried the same order at other locations and noticed differences, with one being darker on the left side and the other being loaded differently on the right. The hot chocolate also seemed to have less than usual. Because of this experience, my opinion of the restaurant industry has been tarnished. I have visited better Tim Hortons locations in the past, and this one did not live up to my expectations.
This morning the load is closed now I'm outside and the door is closed only driving throlike wthi'm walk and it's so hot I can't come in to cool my body and there's a huge auto line can't stand behind a car under this weather
This one brown lady who always works late in the drive thru never listens to my order (after being slow, clear, and repeating my order everytime), she is VERY RUDE when she can’t understand my order and replies, and she never accommodates for it either when she messes it up. obviously, i can understand that sometimes it’s hard to understand someone’s order in a drive thru, but the way she goes about it is unacceptable and rude. Every other review on here is complaining about the same lady who works the drive thru, however she’s been working there for a long time. Please get rid of her as she is terrible at service and makes this timhortons look bad. there are many other people who would be happy to be employed here and won’t act the same way she does.
