One of the BEST McD around staff was kind, asked how your day was, gave all kids their papers to color, constantly clean and disinfect.With the amount of people went through it was clean.Kristel was a great leader and ready to jump in to help even she didn't have to.Rojan made the tallest ice cream which gave the kids (and kids alike) a huge smile ?.I for sure will come back here.Highly recommended. No one at this location actually caresI called out 4 ladies, and they all ignored me until a tall gentleman with glasses punched in for his shift and asked for my pick-up number even tho after he went to back no one told me the order is ready and I had to call them and ask again... I had an amazing experience at this McDonald's. The staff was incredibly friendly and asked how our day was. They provided coloring sheets for all the kids and kept the place spotless, constantly cleaning and disinfecting. Despite the high volume of customers, everything was tidy. Kristel was a fantastic leader, always ready to help, even when it wasn't her responsibility. Rojan made the tallest ice cream cone, which brought huge smiles to the kids (and even the adults)! I will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommended!
I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald's. I ordered three Mighty McGriddles, but instead, I received three McMuffins. It seems like they can't follow simple instructions. The employees need to take the time to read orders before rushing to fulfill them. On top of that, I ended up with three burnt McMuffins. This location never disappoints when it comes to errors. They really need to hire better staff and provide proper training.
The food here is consistently of high quality and offers excellent value for money. Be sure to download the app on your phone to access great deals and earn rewards. The service is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is kept clean.

Located in the Toys R Us plaza on the North Side of Steeles Hilda.There is a children’s play place here and a decent sized sitting area.The staff are meh but end of the day this is only a McDonald’s.There is an attached drive through for the road warriors
