They've maintained their food quality throughout the pandemic, even when they had to close for a time. Sean is always incredibly helpful, and you can tell he takes great pride in his restaurant! I love bringing everyone to Maple Sushi; it remains my favorite place in the area! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. My favorite rolls are the chicken and beef teriyaki—I've never found a place with better rolls than Maple Sushi! The menu is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, the service is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is amazing! **Update - September 16, 2022** Sean is still an outstanding owner. However, I need to revise my review based on a recent experience with Jessica and Eric. I left two pieces of my rolls uneaten, and they felt it was necessary to approach my table to mention the waste, despite being a loyal customer for years during the pandemic. Jessica seemed apologetic but insisted I couldn't leave food uneaten. Eric, who wasn’t even my server, came over and was extremely rude and condescending. It’s one thing to address blatant waste, but I regularly visit and had eaten most of my meal. Instead of reprimanding loyal customers, they should consider offering rolls in sets of 4 instead of 6. Please, train the staff to match Sean's level of customer service!
