What Kay L doesn't like about Ginza Sushi:
The restaurant consistently fails to follow instructions. The ginger they provided had brown residue on it. Each time I order, I receive less and less food. Shake my head. Ginza used to be great, but now I doubt I will ever order from them again. View all feedback.
Weekend night, the place was packedServing AYCE or à la carte, Ginza has been around for years now and appears to be a favourite for the neighbourhood.
So the first thing I noticed when I first walked in was the smell of the placeit had this bleachy smell though my hubby said he couldn't really smell it.
I have been here a few times and I must say i do like the food a lot.
Ginza is a great affordable all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. The sushi is flavorful, the waitstaff is friendly, and the service is quick. My only suggestion is to add tablets for selecting sushi, but overall it is well worth the price. Enjoy!
Ginza is special to me. I've been going there for years and although they have their ups and downs (delivery is tricky sometimes, the atmosphere is hit or miss but its super speedy for take out) they always serve delicious sushi. My absolute must orders include the gyoza, mango salad (I dream about this all the time), green dragon rolls and sushi pizzas. Oh and for dessert, their tempura ice cream (deep fried ice cream guys...its life changing). I will always be a loyal customer here and suggest it over many sushi places in Thornhill!
