Black Forest Cakes - Thoothukudi

Ordered a birthday cake today in the Ettayapuram road branch. We were told it 'll be delivered at 6.00 pm and Rs.150/ will be the delivery charges. Around 7.00 pm when no cake in sight, we asked what happened? , they informed nobody available to deliver we have come and take the cake. Then we said Cancel the cake . Immediately the response was it 'll be delivered in 10 minutes. So far no cake has come. Terrible service! Never order for occasions!

They have varieties of bakery items All type of Cakes Cookies Home made chocolate Chat items Fresh Juice items Gift items Toys varieties of sweets. But staffs are quite good.... Rate is ok for all.....

This is not review for food but the service. We ordered veg burger and lime soda, then waited for 30 minutes. Manager is busy with people who look elite or known persons. He didn't care even when we walked out without having food
