(This review concerns the restaurant's delivery service) New UberEat delivery person, I had to deliver an order from this restaurant. While waiting for the “official” UberEat insulated bag to arrive at my house, I make do with another insulated bag (which is certainly not the most optimal in terms of size for pizza, of course). However, since the beginning of the conversation, the restaurateur's behavior is totally inappropriate, he allows himself to be condescending, bitter and to look down on me despite having said that I was new to the application instead of simply and kindly telling me that it won't fit. You are probably right in substance but the form is totally inappropriate and surprising coming from a restaurant. You talk to me about dignity but your behavior is clearly not worthy of a good restaurateur. Hopefully you’re not like that every day, even with your clients. Finally, to be able to collaborate with UbetEat, you must have your bag checked by UberEat, otherwise we cannot work. This one therefore complies, even if it is smaller than the “official” insulated bag sold by UberEat (Turned as it is, the allusion to my last name borders on insulting)
