Riverside - Thônex

Es ist ein schöner Ort im Zentrum von Genf, neben dem Fluss, in einer großartigen Lage. Der Service ist sehr langsam und die Kellner können ziemlich unfreundlich sein, wenn der Ort beschäftigt ist. Cocktails sollten verbessert werden (zu leicht), aber der Sack ist ausgezeichnet.

Nice place with a beautiful scenery just beside the river

A very nice place by the lake. The cocktails are very good and well served. The music is very pleasant as well as the atmosphere. The staff quite nice. Just the prices which are quite high anyway.

We came here twice as we liked the location during the summer nights we were there. The place was lively and full of after-work clientele and gave this young, vibrant atmosphere next to the lake. The food is not that wonderful but good enough to sit there. Not much vegetarian choices. The location was the draw for us.

I used to like this place. Two !!! days only after the opening of the bar due to the covid-19 due to the closedown, they served us a cocktail at a glass full of lip prints from red lipstick from the previous customer !!! Before We thought that it looks relatively clean place and they wash the glasses in the washing machine, but not at all. This is unacceptable and I don’t understand how they didn’t see such a thing. I don’t want to imagine how dirty the kitchen is. Supposedly, a bar cares about being perfect clean after 1 month of lockdown of no customers, and this shows that they don’t care at all. Of course we didn’t touch the glass and ordered a beer in bottle instead. They didn’t even treat it to us at the end to show some apology. This place doesn’t deserve your money and your presence, as there is no responsible person for customer care inside. This is the perfect example of how much overrated bars in Geneva are. They look neat but are terrible and the service basic, only expensive prices to support their high rents.
