Dies ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant im Tavernenstil, in dem großartige Produkte in sehr großzügigen Mengen mit ausgezeichnetem, freundlichem Service serviert werden. Ihre Charbonnade ist die beste in Genf, viele Größenordnungen besser als die wenigen anderen Orte, die bei Touristen beliebter sind. Und im Gegensatz zu diesen anderen Orten können Sie so viel essen, wie Sie möchten. Sie erlauben sogar individuelle Portionen von Fondues und Charbonnade. Möchten Sie eine Charbonnade, ein chinesisches Fondue und ein Bressane unter Ihnen dreien teilen? Es ist möglich, dass sie es mit einem Lächeln tun, mit so vielen Portionen, wie Sie nehmen können.
