View all feedback.
What François Gilbert doesn't like about Restaurant Pisciculture Montre:
View all feedback.
Location is magie, embedded in a beautiful valley. only during summer season due to its height open. very good food. very popular for trout that visitors can fish in the local pond. it can be avoided, however, because they are fed with chalk. overall very pleasant family. evening
My friend and I had been happy to be brought here by some French friends and said it was a little strange. but what a restaurant. a live fishing that specializes in trout. I had the best trout dishes I tasted the service. was extraordinary. big wine, nice ambiente, top food. really a jewel of a restaurant. it was 160 euro for 4 people, the great value. perfect!
This is our second visit. Last time it was a good buy and excellent. they have increased their prices, and it is now quite expensive, less interest in the quality of the kitchen. preparation of the foral courts is satisfactory, but there is now a tendency. make the look of artistic and imagination. the chef should be an artist, no cook. teller are very chichi and nice to see, but taste is not so good. the service was quite slow as they only have few employees. the choice of wine is too much inflated praises sufficient.
In a quiet place in a narrow forest valley. they can pay for trout from a small pond. the restaurant menu offers a varied selection of trout dishes and other options. the food was well prepared and beautifully presented. fair value...at 26 euro for 2 courses. service was friendly efficient. the menu offers a welcome change from the mountain rate on the basis of cheese ham offered in most local restaurants, although they can have trout with cheese ham if they want!
Bon cuisinier. Cadre agréable, à visiter
