Trappers Tavern - Thompson

It wasn't the kind of fall I anticipated, but it was certainly fitting.

I enjoy exploring places that offer experiences I can't find in the USA, and this restaurant was one of those gems. On the recommendation of our hotel staff, we decided to try the chicken wings on Wednesday. It was an incredible experience! The wings were large and delicious, making our visit truly enjoyable.

I went to Trapper after work on Wednesday for their $5 wing special. Just a heads up, they only accept cash. The wait for the wings can vary a lot; they might be ready in just 5 minutes, or you could find yourself waiting up to an hour if they're not organized.

It's my go to place in Thompson when I want a beer. Cheapest brew in town during happy hour. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is calm. Although it can use a bit of a face-lift on the exterior and interior; it still is the place that many frequent on Friday and Saturday nights.

Not too shabby, if you love hunting, fishing then you will love the decorative theme. Good for dancing on the weekends. Wing night wednesdays.
