A neighborhood sandwich shop impresses with fresh menu additions — ciabatta bread, new drinks, sauces and attentive ownership — and generally clean, casual surroundings. However, experiences vary: online orders are sometimes delayed or ignored, staff can be rushed or rude, and sandwiches occasionally arrive sloppy. Busy shifts are handled well at times, but improving consistency and friendliness would elevate the reliably tasty offerings into a consistently great local choice.

The female employee I encountered this afternoon should consider a different line of work, as her customer service was quite disappointing.
Every time I visit this restaurant, they consistently turn away walk-in customers because only one person is managing a huge number of online orders.
I went to order food at 10:50, and as I pulled up, a young man sprinted towards the door to lock it, apparently to stop taking any more orders. The service was awful.
This is the second time in a row within a time span of two weeks that I have made an order ahead of time online using their Subway app and I get there well after the time that the app stated my orders were ready and the people working there have not even started making my order! What is the point of making an order using the app ahead of time just to get there and have to wait over 15 minutes just to get two subs?!? This place has incompetent staff and horrible customer service.
When I was there one of the workers named Felix was very rude he rushed me to order and had a we nasty attitude he made my sandwich sloppy he threw my sandwich at me and he called me a certain word and as a person of color I took offense and my friend Oscar was there to see the whole
