First and last visit. Went in with my son today. The girl working did not say a single word besides tell us our total even after trying to make conversation about the vast menu of choices. No greeting, no thank you. She clearly did not want to be there and I will not be spending my hard earned money where they don't need it. View all feedback.
Good for the price. My açaí bowl was really watery and not the right consistency.
If you want to find the worst customer service in Thomasville, then please visit this Smoothie King. The ladies that work there could care less about answering any questions you have. They are all so passive aggressive and just plain rude. As I stood up because no chairs were available, 3 school aged kids were sitting in the waiting area going in and out the door, I soon realized that one of them belonged to the cashier. 3-4 customers entered after me and not one of us were every greeted or even made eye contact with. They must have all trained each other because all of them have the same nasty attitude. My wish is that another location opens up ASAP!
Service has gotten better, smoothies taste good!Happy to say something has changed for the better .
Very rude customer service, lady that takes my order makes me feel no welcome. I don’t know if she has a bad day but she looks like she don’t want to be there.
