When I asked for forks, the st... read more I visited KFC yesterday and ordered two dinners to go, as we had over an hour drive home. Due to COVID, we had to eat in the car. When I asked for forks, the staff assured me they were included in the boxes. However, once we stopped at a nearby store to eat, we discovered there were no forks, so we couldn’t eat our coleslaw. Please improve this! Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Usually, their chicken comes with broken bones and a dark, unappetizing interior, but this time it was absolutely delicious. Truly finger-licking good! I’d give it a perfect 20 out of 10, plus five stars.
