George Louie's Seafood - Thomasville

The food here is outstanding! We look forward to our Thomasville trips and dining here. George is usually around so say hello!

This is our second time eating at George and Louie's Seafood. We enjoy the open seating and windows all around. We both had the dinner special Broiled fish and shrimp with grilled asparagus and Greek salad. The Greek salad was delicious and they didn't use iceberg lettuce. Both the fish and shrimp were cooked perfectly. One of the owners always visits each table asking how everything is and helping to bus or serve. We will be back. Back a year later for Thomasville Victorian Christmas and still just as good.

The portions were a bit small for the price, and my husbands fish was very overcooked. I got the famous Greek salad and it was chopped lettuce with a very basic oil and ginger dressing. No seasoning, very little feta, tomatoes and olives.

Been there twice in the last few weeks, everything was good. The food, service was good. Now baklava was amazing. If you like dining local you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent grouper sandwich and the best fried green tomatoes!
