Empire Bagel Delicatessen - Thomasville

We travel and stop in Thomasville. Ga. We read good reviews about this Bagel Shop, the New York Style Bagel made we decided to give it an attempt to breakfast. One of our best decisions. Originally I was from New York and moved to Florida. I didn't have that good bagel in a very long time. I recommend the western omelet on a simple bagel with haash brown. Thanks Empire Bagel for bringing back memories. Your employees are also great.

My go-to breakfast place in Thomasville. Very affordable food items available which is surprising considering its close proximity to downtown. I love their Empire Egg Sandwiches which offers the most bang for your buck if you want something that will fill you up for the least amount of money. The restaurant is themed after a bagel shop in New York and it’s my little slice of the north down here. The atmosphere is wonderful inside with places to watch the workers make the bagels and murals of New York City on the wall. I wish they had a restaurant in Valdosta!

Delicious and savory breakfast bagel! I got the Empire Egg Sandwich with bacon on the garlic and cheese bagel. The service was helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Let's address the elephant in the room. Yes, these were the only folks open Sunday morning. Bagel was delicious. I liked the option of getting to choose whatever bagel you liked. Though I will say, try to know which one you'd like before you get the front of the line. The rush came when we got there and the pressure to keep the line moving hit me so I went with the garlic and herb bagel. Great choice though. That pimento shmear was divine. Good spice to it. Not overpowering and didn't require a nose blow. Have never been a bagel guy, never understood the culture but I can see how you could become fond of them with an atmosphere like this. As for the nitro cold brew. I chose the vanilla flavor for it. Can't say I actually tasted an vanilla. Whether that's my taste buds fault or not, not sure. But the cold brew was still great. Well done! Would definitely recommend for any visitors!
