We stopped by this burger king on our way home from a playoff game in Jackson. It was after 10pm and we were about to begin a four hour drive home. The staff were courteous, professional and kind. One of our sandwiches wasn't right and they quickly fixed it. They even wished us safe travels on our way home. A big thank you to everyone working!! You definitely started our trip off right!! What Steven Le doesn't like about Burger King:
Girl work at drive thru register charge my first card and said it was declined. So I give her a different card. I came back and found out my first card was not declined cause she gave me the receipt to the first card not the 2nd. If I would of gave her cash she would of put it in her pocket. Didn’t order as I was ignored at the counter. PIC was stressed granted but she most definitely saw me waiting and couldn’t even say we will be with you in a moment or apologize for the wait. I will not support a business front that won’t recognize me as a customer.
I used the drive thru, as you never know if the door is locked or not, but the service was good, and the food was very good.
Burger King food is killing your kids do not let them eat there now will see on television, so call placed in the food all type of bacteria less be real they trying to kill us
Service is slow and never good. Always asked to pull down no matter the traffic. Do better, please.
Just ordered a Jr. Whopper. It wasn't even warm, must have been sitting out for a while. It definitely wasn't fresh. Such a waste of money.
