Ok,but slipping chicken don't need to be like jerky,and servers need to keep extra grease in kitchen when bag is soaked it gets in cust car!! They leave alot to be desired!! Managers wake up and leed more then manage!! View all feedback.

Normally this Zaxby's is bussin' but today I ordered a loaded fry and got a cold soggy not-loaded fry, it was literal garbage I'm positive they gave me an older meal sitting around they had been eating out of. View all feedback.
The food is good, atmosphere is great lots to look at. Staff is ok. Price socks and portions just under what you would expect for the price.
I tried the fried chicken philly and is was very good. Service is usually great except for last visit. The cashier wasn't rude she just had no customer service. Not personable whatsoever.

Location is suffering. Floor is always sticky like they mop it with Kool aid. Overall the restaurant smells like a old mop.My online order was never put on the pick up rack it just sat behind the counter getting cold.
