Taco Bell - Thomaston

I experienced complete disappointment at this restaurant. I tried to go through the drive-thru with my oversized vehicle, but it wouldn't fit. I had to go inside through doors that were not closed. After waiting to place my order, I explained to the staff that my car didn't fit and asked if they could take my order while I was at the register. Sadly, they said no. It's disheartening to think that the business has reached a point where they don't seem to care about their customers. This experience has turned me off from ever going to Taco Bell again. I have lost all respect for them and would rather support businesses that value their customers.

I appreciate that McDonald's was open during their scheduled hours, thank you for getting our business. Waffle House and Dunkin' Donuts were also open, and they were receiving customers. However, there were a few cars that left on Saturday morning.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The young lady at the window helped me find my card that she had returned to me, but I ended up losing. She quickly realized what had happened and asked another worker to bring me my food at no extra charge after I had pulled over to search for my lost and declined card. Everyone at this establishment was great. Thank you Taco Bell.

The only complaint I really have is the line is always way backed up in the drive through and you literally sit there in line 30 minutes sometimes probably longer of I had not just got out of line and left I have not just been able to drive up and get through the line without waiting long periods of time. Other than that the food is good ?

Everytime I go there they never give me the right order. I have to go back and fix my order. The food isn't bad it's just the service.
