There were ZERO customers yet there was mass confusion among workers and they were completely impersonable. These people are lost.
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They burnt my bagel black, I went back in to have it re done. And again it came out burnt. Multiple people where coming in complaining of wrong orders made. One customer came in to get a to go order and when he asked the lady if this was his order she rolled her eyes and said I don 't know, I didn 't make it and just walked out. I will never eat here again. It is truly a mess.
Always excellent. Great place to do some quick business. Free wi-fi. Great coffee.
Pretty good customer service here, although the Dunkin' in Senoia is better. Drinks are made right, line moves fast. The only time I've had a donut here it was stale, other than that their breakfast options are usually good, especially the cream cheese everything bagel bites.
Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Extremely rude staff and when my latte with an extra shot of espresso looked like milk they refused to fix it without me paying to add an extra shot. I frequent a lot of other locations and have never had experience like this.

I normally make it by to get coffee in the afternoon. The staff are great, very nice and professional. Only negative is at times they have trouble staying caught up because they are understaffed. 2 people running the whole place, come in at eleven andpeople can?t move behind the counter without bumping into each other. They should add some help to the afternoon staff. Greatpeople and coffee in the afternoons.
Coffee is good and the food is ok. If it was a little cheaper I would probably go more often.
It 's seriously time to make the donuts ! Does anyone remember that was the slogan....and they actually served fresh donuts? Donuts here are old, dry, flavorless and guaranteed not fresh at any time.
Ordered 2 chocolate cream filled donuts 5/31, this is the 2nd time, no chocolate in the donuts. The staff needs a lot of work, can' t find any that are cheerful and smile, they act like it is a burden to be there.
This is most unprofessional Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too morning shift is the worst shift second shift is a drag I just stopped going until I go out of town and get me some better coffee the coffee is never hot it taste like it?s been sitting therefor two days the tea was never good at this point i don?t how there passing inspection?s WORST Dunkin?
