What Arnaud Notter doesn't like about Les Balcons Du Lac:
Very disappointed with my experience this afternoon. Three frozen meatballs with a classic tomato sauce and basic penne for 14 euros... Portion of cold fries... the mayo was hotter... Makes you wonder if they thought about defrosting them before putting them serve. I came there a few years ago and it was a very good high-altitude canteen, unfortunately that is no longer the case! Ratings are given for the restaurant downstairs (hikers-skiers . Lots of people in winter, resulting in a lot of waiting at the self-service station. The terrace offers an incredible view. Very good restaurant at the top of the Thollon les Memises cable car. It's self-service but it's more practical with all skiers.
