I ordered takeout from here and was told it would take 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting 30. Apparently, hygiene in this place isn't exactly top-notch. The owner prepared my doner kebab with the same hand he used to wipe away his sweat, and the salads, especially the cucumbers, weren't fresh at all. The kicker is, when I asked why it was taking so long, the owner snapped at me, saying I could just wait and that they were busy. When I got home, I discovered pineapple on my pizza, even though I'd explicitly stated twice on the phone that I didn't want pineapple on my tuna pizza. But since the guy on the phone couldn't speak German very well, that wasn't surprising. My first and last time at this place. My conclusion: anyone who doesn't want sweat on their sauce in the summer should order somewhere else. I'd give it negative stars if I could, because the place and the food aren't even worth one star.
We ordered food here four times today. Something different each time, and so far, I've loved everything. Friendly service and good food. Simply top-notch.
My order was taken by someone who spoke very little German. My order: 3 small kebab plates without fries, cheese, and a bit more meat for the fries. What was delivered were 3 small kebab plates with fries underneath the meat, soggy from the sauce, and the kebab was chopped so small it looked like it had been blended. The sauce had little flavor. It was the first and last time.
The food was cold when it was delivered. I was told it would take 20 minutes, but it arrived after an hour. I didn't have any change for the driver, and he wanted his 50 cents. In the end, the food was also a disaster. The sauce was definitely not fresh, just like my salad, which I ordered. They skimped heavily on the pizza, even with the toppings. The pizza wasn't worth €10 either, maybe €5 at most. I'll never order from there again. And the health department could pay them a visit. I can't recommend it to anyone, not even my enemies.
I ordered food to pick up here and was told it would take 15 minutes, but in the end I had to wait 30 minutes. Tax 100% attention was paid to hygiene in this shop, the boss prepared my kebabs with the same hand with which he wiped his sweat, and the salads were also no longer fresh, especially the cucumbers. And the kicker is, when I asked why it was taking so long, the boss told me that I could wait and that it was busy today. When I got home, I discovered pineapple on my pizza, even though I said it twice on the phone that I didn't want pineapple on my tuna pizza, but since the guy on the phone didn't speak German that well anyway, that wasn't a surprise. My first and last time in this store. My conclusion: anyone who doesn't want to sweat with their sauce in the summer should order somewhere else. I would prefer to give minus stars because the shop and the food aren't even worth one star.
