hotel location and room is also good. only breakfast, that was free and it had very limited menu, ideal, puri, or brot. personal behavior is very good and they are ready to do any help. it is a very old but renovated property and enjoyed my stay there. is continuing the renovation View all feedback.
What Binita Dash doesn't like about The Trivandrum Hotel:
good place and cozy rooms to stay at oyo rates. but the reception and the room service were a catastrophe. we checked at 11 midnight and asked for toiletries to take a shower and unfortunately after various call it served until tomorrow 9.00 a.m. and gave a message that the supplemental breakfast will be at 9.30 over which was somewhat intimidating. but they managed to serve the breakfast up to 10 o'clock make sure t... Good room. easy to reach. breakfast quality is average. prepare a good restaurant service. easily accessible for the most important attractions in twm. bed was not clean, as much expected. bathroom also good. especially the personal behavior was quite good. really helpful staff.
The rooms were tidy and the hotel is located near the railway station. Not much to complain for the price paid
Right in the heart of the city. Rooms were just ok. They don't serve food inside the room. When asked for a plate they told they don't have plates as they don't serve food inside the room
Decent Hotel , right in the centre of the city, but AC was not working and hot water was not available round the clock.
Had the misfortune of going to this hotel for dinner on Jan The restaurant is a breeding room for mosquitoes. There were atleast a thousand mosquitoes in the hall, feasting on the guests. The food was sub standard and forgettable. I should say the staff was apologetic and doing their best in the given circumstance. AVOID AT ALL COST!
