Kfc - Thiruvananthapuram

We purchased Wednesday offer 20 piece hot and crispy from Kazhakuttom KFC outlet on 26th April night 10.45 pm as takeaway. after reaching home while we opened the packet some burnt smell or old used oil smell was coming which was not even able to taste the food. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Not expected this type of food from KFC. Expecting a proper justification.

Bought a take away of 8 piece hot and crispy with 2 classic zinger burger and 2 mianise packs by waiting in the long line. when reaching home only we came to know about the missing 2 packs of mianise. So my low rating for poor service in slow order taking and missing items.

Really good food with great place to eat. Locationwise, being located juts beside the highway, it's really convenient for people to find the place. The service is good as well.

Ordered from swiggy, KFC took around 1 hour and 20 minute to prepare the food. The delivery agent waited for more than 1 hour at the outlet. The Chizza tasted horrible because it was too too salty and couldn't eat it. The chicken popcorn tasted pretty average. No dips or ketchups were given as part of the order.

Average experience. Spacious, quicker delivery, average fud quality.
