Contribute Feedback What Christophe SCHOENBERGER doesn't like about Preludes:
A high price ratio, a restaurant is said to be gastro, at the rate level it's all right, on the other hand, is worthy of a ****, cutlery covered, dried plates, knife out of ages. The saffron is replaced by a mixture of spices containing more eastern cumin than noble spices. The only positive point, visibly Mr. Jung learned the cooking time to his students. View all feedback.

Preludes, now Brasserie Metropole, is to be avoided absolutely! From the entrance, in addition to the old-fashioned decoration, an unpleasant smell of toilets is felt. The mouthing (monkey foam? was shaved and passed (sweet plastic, I was able to see other customers express their disgust by grimaces. For the dish, the lamb stock was correct, but the gratin that had to accompany it was in fact... 6 potatoes too cooked, black and soft thrown into a mini dish. Finally the vegetables, fades, were clearly not fresh.Well, the cream burned in mirabelle allowed to finish on a just acceptable note.Let's not forget the toilets, in bad condition, and very dirty (cuvette with traces while we were the first customers of the evening. Just shameful.Only the extreme kindness of the waitress in place tonight allowed us to overcome the mediocrity of the whole.
