We visited Mcdonalds at Thionville in France, during a recent leger holiday with our hotel only 5mins away, we ordered our meal on the touch screen system, the order went through and then we waited and waited for our meal, the staff all seamed to be more interested with preparing and serving the drive through customers, when our meal finally turned up after waiting over 25mins, we were missing the fries and drinks and had to order them all again, other custumers had the same problem with thier orders, they should have more staff helping with the eat in orders, we never went back during our stay!!!

Mac do remains mac do but some establishments are really not good in the customer relationship.Small very dirty despite the code.We send you directly to the terminals without trying to help to place an order. I think it comes from the party that they are well located and that they will always have customers can care about the customer relationship.

It's been two times I've been there and twice I've been in trouble. errors in orders, forget. little cheese not good and cold like my fries.
