While passing through the region, we stopped at this Inn for a gourmet break and that’s true to say. An unbeatable quality/quantity price ratio, generous proportions. The dishes offered are delicious and in keeping with the region. The menu is sparse, which suggests good quality ingredients, which explains the good taste of the dishes served. The server is very friendly and smiling. The only personal downside was that the bacon was a little too salty for my taste for the Vosges salad. We will definitely come back!
