really very tasty, complete and balanced. the sausage rougail is worth the detour, but I especially liked the shrimp broth (any vegan of course). It's great to be able to discover the gastronomic encounters with the plant version. super desserts too, very creative. everything is delivered carefully in compostable boxes. Un vrai régal, complet et équilibré. Le rougail saucisse est excellent, mais j'ai particulièrement apprécié le bouillon de crevettes (entièrement végétalien bien sûr). C'est génial de pouvoir découvrir la cuisine réunionnaise en version végétarienne. Les desserts sont également superbes, très créatifs. Tout est livré avec soin dans des boîtes compostables. C'est un plaisir de découvrir cette initiative dans le Val-de-Marne.
