It was difficult to make a choice so everything seemed good...Didier was very available so that we could meet twice, present me the photos of his achievements. On the day of the anniversary, it was pile-on-hour to come to install the locks, very professionally, and left us in loan insulated boxes and blocks for decoration. Our guests all enjoyed the tasteful quality of the buffet. the small salads (ocean and perigord) were very successful with the little pipette for the vinaigrette sauce. I loved the mango curry and grapefruit mango verrines, but also the mini apricot pins stuffed with foie gras, lotte pancetta and confites, gambas and chorizo,. The cheese sofas and desserts were also very good.Bref, a perfect formula to receive without having to take care of the kitchen, being sure of the result, and quite affordable at the price level (several options possible according to the number of locks per person.)
