Costa Coffee - Thetford

A surprisingly great costa for a relatiw small town. nice and neat. many comfortable chairs and sofa type seating. not wheelchair-friendly front door ok no step. there are 3 steps to the back of the store where the toilets are located. usually excellent coffee standard. nice young man friendly and efficient. personal taste in first impression however: I am sure that some would also find the other employees nice!

Great coffee and staff are a good laugh. Always like to have a chat with the staff in here and they are always friendly and polite.

Hello! I visited an exhibition in Thetford on Saturday, and in the morning, my map led me back to the city center where I found Costa. I enjoy Costa coffee, especially on a warm day, and I treated myself to a delicious frappe. It was a lovely visit to a nice café. I would definitely recommend this café to anyone visiting Thetford, although there are other options available as well.

My favorite Costa! The staff is fantastic, and their coffee is always the best. It’s a lovely little Costa located in the heart of the city. They could really benefit from a larger space, as I believe they could attract even more customers. They play music, and we love the relaxing jazz and bossa nova they have on. It might be a great idea to add some lounge music to their radio channel—it would be unbeatable!

I had an amazing experience today thanks to a young man and woman who provided exceptional service. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even assisted me in downloading the app. I will definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning soon!
