Rotisserie St-Hubert - Thetford-Mines

Visiting family in the area, we always considered St-Hubert as a favorite and consistent for food quality and quantity. I called ahead (4:50) to have 2 “chicken brochette” prepared as I was going to pick up the meals at 5:15ish. Also emphasized allergies on one person so there was no onions and mushroom. All I wanted to see was the chicken brochette, fries and nothing else as I explained about the allergies of the person. Showed up around 5:20, paid for the order, found out to my dismay that orders are not processed until the bill is paid. I walked out of there at 5:53. All that time waiting for the kitchen to prepare the meal that was pre-ordered. My question is “WHY PRE-ORDER”. When I arrived to destination, to my dismay, onions were part both meal and touching the chicken. Therefore my spouse was not able to eat because of her allergies and incompetence of the crew taking the orders and kitchen staff. Please be careful when you order; you might not get what you order and if you have allergies; go somewhere else as you need to be properly taken care of.

Had lunch in the bar section. The service is excellent and the waitresses are very professional. We were 3 for a business lunch and we enjoyed a first class service from a very discreet and attentive waitress. The food is good, the choice for all tastes. The comfort is more than what we expected. This St-Hubert is special and we will come back.

The food was good and the service was excellent at this particular St-Huberts location. While some St-Huberts can be hit or miss, I found this one to be consistently good with friendly service.

I only ordered takeout. The service was slow at times. As with all other St-Hubert locations, the prices seemed high for the portion sizes. However, the food was quite delicious.

This restaurant was renovated a few years ago and since then, the service, food quality, and overall atmosphere have all improved significantly! It can now be listed among the best restaurants in Saint-Hubert that we have visited in the province. The only area that could use some improvement is the cleanliness of the restrooms.
