Frozen fries like McCain, a not-so-tasty house sauce, and cold dishes returned multiple times? It's very rare for me to complain, but after the cashier put her finger in my poutine, she agreed with me that the plate was indeed cold. I wasn't the only one who experienced this while we were there. We received a slight compensation (a small bag of cheese curds for a table of 11 where nearly all the poutines had to be remade), but still, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Perhaps we were just unlucky, but for the expensive price, I am quite disappointed with my experience.

The best poutine in Quebec! Come during the week; otherwise, on weekends, it's packed with student employees, and you won't get good service.

The cheese was not fresh. The service was terrible. The restaurant is unattractive. Honestly, I really miss the one downtown.

Déçu les 2 dernières fois, je me suis dis que je leurs donnais une dernière chance.. encore des erreursdans la cuisine ou dans la commande, sauce qui goûte rien dans la poutine italienne, je m'ennuie de l'ancienne Bourgade ducentre-ville. C'était la dernière fois.

Bon fromage mais service ordinaire, ma poutine ressemblais plutôt à une soupe. Une fromagerie quisemble faire seulement que du bon fromage
