the only restaurant in the city that dry the meat in the layer. quite expensive menu, but most dishes are delicious with an excellent presentation. the service does not justice to the chef's ability. there was no maitre and the waiter, had almost no knowledge of the weeping list. the device is completely new and I will revive it in summer.
