Fat Mamma's Brunch N' Lunch

We had been there several years ago and it was really great, in our last two visits we unfortunately noticed a big drop in quality, service and cleanliness. What should I say first? I don 't know the waitress 's name, but she was unacceptable and ironic. We ordered a club sandwich which was 40 minutes late and we asked to cancel it because we had to leave and she spoke to us ironically and gave us a hint about our behavior. The phrase there is also an age difference between us was heard even though we were not even 4 years apart. We were obviously outraged and lost our temper with the whole situation. In the end they brought us the club and the person in charge, who was very nice, didn 't let us pay for it while we wanted to. We tried to solve the problem with the waitress but while we were talking to her she left and when we wanted to pay she pretended she didn 't see us and ignored us. The situation is unacceptable in general and because I also work at the focus, I would never talk to my customers like that.

The food is awful, only club sandwiches and those are fake. 3 times we asked for pepper and it never came. After 4 times we asked for a receipt it came. Anywhere else will definitely be better
