Love the place... Eating is always top notch and Cindy is beautiful... always professional and efficient. The top elements are the friday fish fry and their wings. So nice to meet old friends and family and welcome. Should this be a 5 star...Resträume Need Work

The rooms and location of the hotel in proximity to the harbour are quite nice, but customer service is seriously lacking. We went for a business trip during the week in August and the restaurant was closed, the hot tub wasn't heated and there was no staff around the whole time we were there. We were checking out on a Thursday morning and my co-worker accidentally left his boots out on the second floor balcony. When I called, the manager said she wouldn't be back until 5 pm the next day! We ended up using a ladder on site to retrieve the boots.

Paid way to much for what we got. 174 dollars a night. Jaccuzi was off they said I could have a cold one.. Room and washroom was clean. You can hear the plumbing whenever somebody turns on a tap. Will stay in Richards landing next time.

Location is great, but that's all it has. It seems the owner/staff look at this a hobby rather than a business. Service was terrible. Waitress or owner was too busy talking to friends than to take order or serve dinner. When we finally got food, it was not very good. It's a real shame. I think the place has some great potential, but owners don't take running it seriously.

Went with friends and family for dinner and drinks. We waited forever for service. While waiting others arrived on motorcycles. Owner quickly took care of them ignoring us. Even as we walked out we were never acknowledged. It was unfortunate we didn’t ride in, but brought boat instead. Maybe we would have been served has we had the bikes. This was the 2nd time we tried the place with similar results both times. Never again.
